Terms and Conditions of participation:

All wishing to participate in the given project should carry out the following rules:

  • Only lawful content are permit! Any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited! Spamming Software, Pornography and sex-related Warez Sites, Hackers programs or archives Pirated software or MP3 files are strictly prohibited;
  • To be the owner of a promoted resource, to have author's guarantees on its contents;
  • The picture is accepted in gif or jpg format (images must NOT be animated), but the size of a file should not exceed 200kB. The author, as agreed with you, will optimize all graphic material for convenience of visitors (your future clients);
  • You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image and link you want on the homepage, which will be there for till 04.2007. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your image/link, eg. your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc
  • If you submit an image or link that is rejected these rules, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your participation
  • After image and link are published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund
  • If for whatever reason in the future you want your icon removed from the homepage, you must e-mail me about, but you will not get a refund and the icon will be deleting
  • At discrepancy of a transmitted material to qualitative characteristics of the chosen method of participation the author reserves the right to itself to carry out the sizes of the block, type of the information, type of a graphic file correction to necessary parameters about what the customer will be warned, in this case is considered lawful a delay of the publication of materials on a site;
